Adventure Travel is looking for a new member of its engineering team.
We are looking for a PSV/heavy vehicle engineering workshop supervisor for the daytime shift.
At Adventure Travel, we transport thousands of passengers every day, whether on the bus or a coach. Our large and varied bus and coach fleet requires regular repairs and maintenance so that we can provide a reliable service.
As a supervisor, your main responsibilities will include overseeing a team of 8 engineers, ensuring the programme of repair and MOTs is meticulously followed and managing emergency breakdown calls from the control team. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing the MOT documentation and executing quality checks to uphold high standards of service and safety. Your leadership and attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the team and ensuring a smooth operation of the Cardiff heavy vehicle engineering workshop.

Who are we looking for?
- A minimum Level 3 NVQ in heavy vehicle service and maintenance technician or equivalent.
- 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably working with PSV or heavy vehicles
- Ability to multi-skill within an engineering environment.
- A PCV license is not essential but desirable.
