24th February 2025 changes to route 102 14/02/2025

We are making changes to the 102 route from 24th February 2025. The changes are being made to avoid the very heavy traffic near the Railway Station which stretches back up Broadway for some distance and causes the service to become very late.

• On journeys heading into Pontypridd from Nantgarw, between the hours of 1400hrs - 1800hrs on Monday to Friday only, the 102 will turn right at the dual carriageway (Broadway) rather than left and will proceed to Sainsburys roundabout, where it will turn left. It will then proceed to the next roundabout and turn left using the bus lane. It will then travel over the River Taff bridge, through the traffic lights and turn right into Morgan Street. • Journeys heading towards Nantgarw will follow the current route, with no changes.
